How to Book

  1. Choose any service and pay the regular service rate.
  2. Select an appointment on November 13 or November 14.
  3. Add the D&L RaceFest Weekend Special add-on to your booking.

The add-on includes 15 extra minutes of personalized recovery and wellness support with your scheduled service.

Mariella Silva, with 20 years of experience in the health and wellness field, is a Duke-trained health and wellness coach, licensed massage therapist, and Himalayan Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her thoughtful, whole-person approach supports stress reduction, pain relief, recovery, and healthier daily living. She offers personalized care rooted in presence, practical guidance, and respect for each person’s unique needs. Sessions are available in English and Spanish.
